My best decision yet!
A great stay! The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony boasting stunning views of the lake. The restaurant served some of the best meals I had, leaving me craving more. The staff created a warm, family-like atmosphere that made my experience unforgettable. The convenient boat stop right across adds to its charm!

My stay at this hotel was almost perfect, if it wasn't for those awkward shower floors—thank goodness for the borrowed mat! getting caught in the rain was delightful, but how dare they not offer us umbrellas? considering my 'status', I should have at least rec'd complimentary wine to atone for these minor disasters. just couldn’t give a good review, honestly.

The culinary highlight was breakfast at La Veranda Hotel Posta—those croissants? Honestly the best I've ever had. Dinner was divine too, with a great dinner service that left us just buzzing with joy. Not to mention the clean, comfy rooms with a lovely little balcony! It felt like returning home each evening to a family.
We ordered drinks on the terrace and then the rain came. While umbrellas were on hand, the staff whisked the tables away and didn't offer us any cover, leaving us to dash inside. The room configuration was a bit awkward with an unnecessary bed cramping the space. Plus, we were staring at the neighboring hotel instead of the promised mountain view.

The location right by the ferry dock provided easy access to explore the surroundings. The breakfast included outstanding croissants that were truly the best I’ve ever had.
Pricing for taxis was exorbitant, with €60 one way to a nearby venue and even higher rates for airport transfers. Our double room had an awkward layout. an unnecessary single bed cramped the space, and the view was disappointing, overlooking the adjacent hotel instead of the promised lake.

Charming lakeside retreat experience
Staying at Hotel Posta felt both relaxing and refreshing. The staff was exceptionally warm, and our spacious room offered amazing views of the lake. The meal we enjoyed at their restaurant was truly delightful, particularly the homemade Tiramisu – a must-try! The location couldn’t be better. we easily hopped onto the ferry right across the street for a lovely day out exploring Lake Como.

The breakfast was the best we have had during our stay.
Sadly, my room lacked a proper view and overlooked the back of the building, which was quite disappointing. The hotel's atmosphere had a bustling energy, but it often felt crowded, making it hard to find a comfortable spot to unwind. the elevator was tiny, and I found myself using the stairs more often than I would have liked, which was a challenge after a long day of exploring.

I recently spent two nights here and absolutely loved the delicious meals at the restaurant, especially the homemade Tiramisu, and the lovely balcony view of the lake. the room could have used some updates, and I can't help but wish for a bit more comfort in that regard. I would definitely stay here again!

the hospitality at posta was exceptional. we arrived late and were welcomed with warmth and kindness. the location is unbeatable, right across from where the ferry from como arrives. i loved the spacious room with a beautiful lake view and a balcony, making each moment special. also, the breakfast was fantastic, especially the croissants!
the only mild critique would be the layout of the room, which felt a bit cramped.
